Fall 2024 T-shirt Design Contest
Welcome to Pope County Humane Society Animal Shelter
Contest Overview:
The winner of this contest will have their design featured on our 2024 PCHS Fall T-shirts, be recognized on our website, on social media, and receive a free t-shirt with their design.
Eligibility/Entry:
- There is no entry fee to submit a design.
- Only one design submission per contestant.
- If you are under 18, you may create a design, but a parent or guardian must submit it on your behalf.
Design Criteria:
The T-shirt design must be your own original, unpublished work. AI assistance is not allowed. By entering the competition, you agree that your submission is your own work, and that the Pope County Humane Society has exclusive rights to use your design.
- The design must be on the back of the shirt only.
- The design must be 1-2 colors.
- Digital designs must be in high resolution and be submitted as a .jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai, or .psd file.
Design Judging Criteria:
- Submission meets the criteria stated above.
- Concept and originality of design with concepts to promote Pope County Humane Society, pet adoption, cats and dogs, animal rescue, etc.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Visibility from a reasonable distance.
- Does it coincide with the mission of the Pope County Humane Society.
- The top 3 designs will be selected by the PCHS Board of Directors and then will be presented to the community for voting.
Prize:
- The winning design will be featured on the 2024 Fall T-Shirt Fundraiser.
- Recognition on our website and on social media.
- One free t-shirt featuring the winning design.
Disclaimer:
By submitting an entry, the artist consents that it is his/her own original work and that he/she has all necessary rights and permissions to use any included elements. The t-shirt contest team reserves the right to make adjustments and alterations to the winning entry. The winning artist grants to the Pope County Humane Society the exclusive right to the design, including any modifications thereof, to be used on promotional/marketing and other Pope County Humane Society materials. The artist shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Pope County Humane Society from and against any and all suits, actions, claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any violation of third party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, dilution or violation) in connection with the Pope County Humane Society’s use, distribution, publishing, sale or exploitation of the design. No submissions will be returned.
